Counseling, Mentoring, Training
Howard and Myrna Olsen provide premarital counseling, invest in the staff of the Highway, and mentor young couples. Through their leadership and development of the Highway seminar they encourage and equip others to return to the beauty and adventure of a life of intimacy with God and others. They are committed to training and equipping the next generation to serve more effectively as disciples of Christ. Howard continues to provide pastoral counseling and write books.

Urban and Community Outreach
Ben and Anicka Olsen serve a community of the homeless, who they simply consider to be friends who live outside. They partner with organizations of similar vision, and create safe environments for growth through tangible expressions of community. "In the context of relationships, we meet the spiritual and physical needs of the poor, brokenhearted, oppressed, and marginalized of society. We equip and challenge others to engage in relationships that extend beyond their familiar boundaries to strengthen community, rebuild shattered lives, facilitate restoration, and encourage liberty of the heart." They continue to seek opportunities to meet the mission of CrossWays by building relationships, changing perceptions, providing pastoral counseling, speaking at engagements, fundraising, and developing financial partnerships. Visit CrossWays Northwest.
Crossways helps support partners across the U.S.. Some of these relationships include several young couples involved in various services including: discipleship training, urban and homeless outreach, music and prayer ministries, and evangelism.
