Highway Roadwork
Highway Roadwork is follow up training for those who have already attended the Highway seminar and are interested in looking more deeply at some of the topics that were covered. These one-day seminars are designed to asses and repair the trouble spots we encounter along the road we travel. Sometimes we don't recognize a pot hole until we are smack in the middle of it and the result is a blowout. Maybe we turn the corner to recognize we are on a dangerous stretch without illumination or guard rails. When we recognize there is an area along the way that needs work, it is best to bring it to attention for our own safety and the safety of others who may come our way. All of us have learned to appreciate the warning signs others have placed along the Highway for our benefit. Just like any road work, it takes examination, the right tools for the job, and a team effort to accomplish the repairs. Join us in repairing and preparing The Way.
"A voice of one who cries: Prepare in the wilderness the way of the Lord [clear away the obstacles]; make straight and smooth in the desert a highway for our God! Every valley shall be lifted and filled up, and every mountain and hill shall be made low; and the crooked and uneven shall be made straight and level, and the rough places a plain. And the glory (majesty and splendor) of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together; for the mouth of the Lord has spoken it." Isaiah 40:3-5

Marriage Seminars & Retreats
Marriage seminars and retreats for engaged and married couples. These one-day seminars and weekend retreats address the primary areas of Conflict, Communication, and Closeness. All of us have become accustomed to the freedom of the open road. As we find our single lane merging with another, we are faced with a new set of challenges. These seminars and retreats are designed to address these challenges with sessions that combine short teaching with immediate application through interactive small group, and large group processes.
"Matt and I went on the marriage retreat held at our church. We have been married for 10 years and it has been a journey. I think it is really important to constantly work on my relationship with my husband so that we do not grow apart. At the retreat we learned how to communicate better and really hear what is being said. It's also comforting to be in a safe environment to share and know that other couples have the same struggles. Our marriage is healthy and thriving thanks to the marriage retreat that armed us with better ways of understanding each other's needs." Angie G.
