Howard Olsen
Howard Olsen is a seasoned professional counselor, author, seminar instructor and ordained minister whose life has been challenged and blessed by one wife of 34 years and two male children, Ben and Brady. [Ben serves the Lord through various aspects of CrossWays Ministries, while Brady attends Texas A & M]. Howard is a seasoned traveler and a Vietnam Veteran who brings insight, compassion, and a set of life skills to the Seminar developed through hardship and suffering.
 
Myrna Olsen
Myrna Olsen is a licensed minister, trained psychometrician and native Minnesotan with an AA Degree in Interior Design from N.D.S.U. and a B.S. in History from T.W.U. [Magna Cum Laude]. She delights in her two sons, Benjamin and Brady [both intelligent, sensitive, and adventurous]. She is an avid reader who enjoys being near the ocean, game nights with friends, kindhearted people, and all things beautiful. She is currently on a sabbatical from all things work related. Her hobby/semi-business ventures include Jewelry Design and the construction of magnificent Christmas Wreaths. Her desire is for all people to know their worth and to appreciate the worth of others.
 
Benjamin Olsen
Benjamin Olsen earned his BFA in Theater at MSU, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is also a graduate of the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York. Ben is a licensed minister and lay counselor, a professional wilderness guide and instructor, missionary, actor, and globe trekker whose studies, work, and volunteer activities have taken him to Southeast Asia, North Africa, and Europe. He enjoys backpacking, travel, hiking, climbing and the creativity involved in refining and collaborating on forward moving ideas.
 
Aaron Reeves
Aaron Reeves is an ordained minister and lay counselor. He and his wife, Penny, operate and oversee Homestead Ministries, a boarding house that provides a refuge, haven, and family atmosphere for people who are in transition. In addition to the Highway Seminars, Aaron helps facilitate both the teen retreats and marriage seminars. He has a passion for the healing, restoration, and transformation of MEN and their role in the home, family, and society. When he is not working or ministering/counseling, he loves being with his wife, children, and friends.
 
Penny Reeves
Penny Reeves is the wife of Aaron, mother and/or step-mother of four, administrator of Homestead Ministries, lay counselor and licensed minister. Her heart is to set the lonely in families during times of transition and to aid in building strong homes. She enjoys spending time with her family, event planning, intimate dinners and beautiful beaches.
 
John Savell
John Savell is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Licensed Minister who has a private practice administering psychological & neuropsychological evaluations. John earned his degrees at the University of Houston and the California School of Professional Psychology in Fresno, California, specializing in Child & Family Studies. John is also a writer who authored the Alternative Program, a manual for families of first time juvenile offenders. He is presently working on a fictional adventure story, A World Without kings.
 
Rebecca Savell
Rebecca Savell is a gifted Math teacher with a love for “connecting the dots” for others. Her company, MathMatters Tutorial Service, helps students from elementary through college and carries a constant waiting list for after-school tutoring. Rebecca is currently working toward her Masters while channeling her creativity into an artistic business venture (www.stclaircreations.com). Her gift for connecting the dots also helps others to make emotional and behavioral connections through the Highway Seminar and marriage retreats, assisting them to apprehend both spiritual truth and liberty.
 
Danny Cox
Danny Cox currently works as an Independent Landman representing Devon. Danny is a lay counselor, licensed basketball official, and a certified advanced open water scuba diver. He has been actively involved with the Highway Seminar since 2004. Danny earned his Bachelors Degree in Social Work from the University of North Texas. While attending Evangel University he played football and baseball. Danny enjoys traveling the world and desires greater adventures in God’s wonderful creation. His other interests include hiking, backpacking, skiing, and lawn care. His passion is to reach today’s youth for the Kingdom of God in a new, fresh, dynamic way.
 
Heidi Cox
Heidi Cox graduated from UNT with a degree in International Studies, and a minor in French. She is a 4th grade teacher in Arlington ISD. She enjoys traveling, especially internationally, watching short track speed skating and spending time with friends and family. She has a passion to work with children and currently volunteers in Kid’s Church worship. Heidi dreams about being a stay-at-home mom. She is a gifted actress with a delightful sense of humor, which is enjoyed by all of us.
 
Dean Scott
Husband of one, father of two, grandfather of nine. A visual person that enjoys digital photography, desk top publishing, and reading. Serving from a peaceful place, flowing with God's grace.
 
Susan Adams
Susan Adams is a certified public accountant with an AA degree in Fine Arts from Tarrant County College and a BS degree in Accounting from the University of North Texas. Susan is a manager in a public accounting firm specializing in taxation and business consulting. She is a accounting career education volunteer for Texas Society of CPA's. She speaks to area high school and college students about accounting careers and financial literacy. She is a mother of a grown son, Rusty who resides in Los Angeles, CA. She loves spending time with family and friends, reading, movies, and traveling. Susan desires that others experience God's abundant love and healing.
 
Sandra Gonzalez
Sandra Gonzalez is a professional artist whose company, “A Work of Art,” specializes in murals, commissioned artwork and faux finishing. Sandra's desire is using her gifts in Marketplace Ministry to reach the lukewarm and lost for the Kingdom of God. Since begriming her business in 2001 God has faithfully grown and blessed the business. Sandra recently celebrated thirty two years of marriage. She is proud to be the mother of two wonderful grown sons, Joshua also a professional artist and Caleb who was recently accepted into the music program of the University of Colorado. Sandra wants her life to make an eternal impact for the Kingdom of God, to this end, she devotes her resources, time and talent.
 
Julie
Julie, Princess, Daughter of the King, is wife to Trae and mother to Andrew and Jacob. She is a dedicated Freedom Fighter who loves reading, cooking, traveling, scrap booking, photography and spending time being relational.
 
Trae Williams
Trae recognizes that he's been given more than beyond measure. Husband to Julie, parent to Andrew and Jacob. He is passionate about fighting for the hearts of men, so that they can reflect the masculinity of Christ in this post-modern culture. In his free time he enjoys traveling, photography, movies, and a good book.
 
Jessica Leflore
Jessica was raised a military child, and traveled the world before settling down in Texas with her husband, Jason. She has Bachelors degrees in both Sociology and Psychology, as well as a Masters in Counseling. Jessica works for a local school as a counselor for families in transition and for young girls 7th through 12th grade. She has a passion for working with teenagers and loves watching young people grab hold of their identity in Christ. Jessica loves spending time with her family, traveling with her husband and writing children’s books. She has been involved with Highway conferences since 2002.
 
Todd Mead
Todd is husband to his beautiful wife Natalie and the proud father of Michael, Mason and Madison. He has been blessed to serve in full time ministry for over 16 years at churches in Oklahoma and Texas. He is currently serving as Pastor of Spiritual Formation. One of Todd’s passions is to see people experience the abundant life that is found only in a relationship with Jesus Christ. Todd finds much joy in, learning to better love his wife and kids, a good book, good conversation, a strong cup of coffee and running.
 
Natalie Mead
Natalie is wife to Todd of 20 years and mother of three beautiful teenage children, Michael, Mason, and Madison. She is a fourth grade teacher for Denton ISD, who delights in connecting people to their potential. Natalie is currently working towards her Masters in Education Administration at UNT. She enjoys beautiful beaches, creatively cooking, gardening, and being a supportive spectator at her children’s sporting events.
